グローバル教育センター（Global Education Center、略称：GEC）は、国際交流全般に関わる窓口として、留学希望者へのサポートのほか、多様な国際交流プログラムやイベントを企画・運営し、語学学習や、在学生と留学生との交流のため、グローバル教育センターの国際交流ラウンジとラーニング・コモンズを開放しています。また、中京大学に在籍する外国人留学生に関しては、在留資格申請手続きや各種奨学金募集などの支援を行っています。
中京大学には、全学部生が参加できる留学・研修プログラムと、学部が主催する留学プログラムがあります。グローバル教育センターでは、全学部生が参加できる留学・研修プログラムとして、「交換留学」「セメスター留学」「海外短期研修」の3種類を主催しています。
The pivotal mission of Chukyo University Global Education Center (GEC) is to create a diversified, dynamic and supportive community on campus and beyond in an attempt to instill in our students the values, perspectives and behavior of sound global citizens. 名古屋キャンパスのグローバル教育センターには、センタービル1階の国際交流ラウンジと、16号館2階のラーニング・コモンズがあります。
The Global Education Center on Nagoya Campus has Global Lounges on the 1st floor in the Center Building, and Learing Commons on the 2nd floor in Building 16.
外国人留学生が集まる場所。国際交流が活発に行われています。
International Students gather here to study and to socialite with other Chukyo students.

平日 9：00 ～ 17：00 Weekday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
個人学習・グループ学習・学習指導スペースに加えてラウンジスペースを備え、幅広い語学学習が可能です。
In addition to individual learning, group learning, and learning instruction spaces, there is also a lounge that can be used for a wide variety of language learning.

平日 8：45 ～ 20：00 Weekday 8:45 am to 8:00 pm
土曜 9：00 ～ 17：00 Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
※上記時間帯のみ、学生証（ICカード）により解錠入室できます。開室時間を過ぎると解錠できませんので、閉室間際の一時退室時は特に注意してください。
※Only during the above hours can you unlock the door with your student ID card (IC card). Please be especially careful when temporarily leaving the room before it is about to close, as the door cannot be unlocked after the opening hours.
中京大学では、毎年500名以上の学生が海外への留学プログラムや短期研修に参加しています。グローバル教育センターでは、留学希望者への情報提供や相談受付、説明会の実施に加え、留学予定の学生に対する事前研修や、留学中の学生のサポートも手厚く行っています。
留学中の安全については、外務省等関係機関からの情報収集を積極的に行っており、海外危機管理マニュアルに沿って、海外での危機に対して速やかに協議、対応する管理体制を整備しています。
