1. Why did you decide to come study in Japan and choose Chukyo University?
Last year i got the oppertunity to study abroad by my University. All i knew was I wanted to experience a culture very different compared to my own culture. Therefore, I applied to different University around the world, and luckily got accepted by Chukyo University, where i made very good friends and a lot of great experiences.
2. How do you think you have matured through your studies at Chukyo? Please share your experiences, events, or feelings while studying at Chukyo University.
Chukyo University made my experience here in Japan very special. I was lucky to make very good friends, progress with my Japanese language proficiency, and got introduced to japanese customs through the student life i was able to experience here through Chukyo University.
3. How do you hope to make use of this experience in the future?
I certainly became more open minded through my experience here. I am less afraid now of living and working abroad. Therefore, i might look for work outside Austria to experience more different cultures in the future, maybe even return to work and live in Japan. My time here showed me how valuable it can be to life in another country and fully experience it's culture for a longer period of time.
4. Finally, please give a message to juniors who are considering studying at Chukyo University in the future.
I highly recommend coming to Japan and Chukyo University. You will make unforgattable experiences only a few people are able to experience in life.
