Event Report: International Event Hosted by Chukyo University Senior High School 12/10
CSEP students’ visit to Chukyo University Senior High School for International Event
On December 10th, 13 exchange students visited Chukyo University Senior High School and participated in a class for first-year students in the International Course. During the first half of the event, they engaged in sports activities on the schoolyard to deepen their interactions. In the second half, they participated in classroom activities themed around Christmas, playing games and sharing their cultures and experiences in English in small groups. The participating exchange students shared their thoughts on the experience, stating, "I was nervous before going, but the high school students warmly welcomed us, and I had a great time learning about Japanese high schools and culture," and "I definitely want to try ELTE (English Language Teaching Assistant Experience) next semester!" This event became a valuable intercultural exchange experience for both the exchange students and the high school students.
