Event Report: ELTE - High School Visit – 5/19 and 6/6/25
CSEP students’ visit to Chukyo University Senior High School for ELTE
In late May, three exchange students participated in the ELTE (English Language Teacher Experience) program at Chukyo University Senior High School.
The ELTE program is conducted over two days. On the first day, participants observed classes and met with the native English teachers in charge. On the second day, the students had the opportunity to teach English to first-year high school students during class.
This practical program not only provided an opportunity to learn about the duties of Assistant Language Teachers and classroom management techniques but also helped the participating exchange students develop their teaching skills.
Moreover, the students expressed that their desire to be involved with Japan in the future had grown stronger, making this a valuable experience for shaping their careers.
