1. Why did you decide to come study in Japan and choose Chukyo University?
I have been interested in learning more about the Japanese language and culture for a long time, so studying abroad felt like the perfect opportunity to experience them firsthand and gain insight into daily life in Japan. I chose Chukyo University because it was a nice academic fit for me, and I also really came to appreciate how globally focused the environment is.
2. How do you think you have matured through your studies at Chukyo? Please share your experiences, events, or feelings while studying at Chukyo University.
During my time at Chukyo I was able to experience so many new things and make great memories and friends from all over the world. I really enjoyed all of the events, as they gave an opportunity to learn something new, contribute to the local community, or just being able to chat with peers.
3. How do you hope to make use of this experience in the future?
This experience helped me to understand more about Japanese language and culture, as well as gain a more global outlook, which could be helpful for me in my future career after graduation.
4. Finally, please give a message to juniors who are considering studying at Chukyo University in the future.
Make sure to try everything and go to plenty of events, as you might find yourself enjoying things you did not know about before, find new interests, and meet new friends.
