Day Trip to Inuyama for Historical and Cultural Experience with Exchange Students
The Global Education Center organized a "Day Trip to Inuyama for Historical and Cultural Experience" on Sunday, October 13th, allowing exchange students and Chukyo University students to deepen their interactions through a short trip. Forty-one participants, including 16 exchange students and 25 Chukyo University students, joined the trip.
Due to the long weekend, Inuyama Castle was extremely crowded, with an 80-minute wait to reach the keep. Thanks to the quick thinking of the international exchange volunteer group "VOICE," participants were able to enjoy various activities in groups, such as drawing fortunes at a shrine, experiencing Tosenkyo (a traditional game of throwing fans) in the castle town, and engaging in a photo contest at various tourist spots. The participants thoroughly enjoyed a beautiful autumn day in Inuyama.
