Event Report: Farewell Reception 12/19 and 1/16
Farewell Party for Exchange Students
The international exchange volunteer organization "VOICE" held a Farewell Party on December 19 and January 16. The event was organized to bid farewell to 10 students returning home in December after completing their exchange program at Chukyo University, as well as 14 students set to return in February. Both days saw a large turnout of participants.
The Global Education Center, which hosted the event, shared heartfelt messages with the departing students, emphasizing that their experiences at Chukyo University would serve as a significant turning point in their lives, and encouraged them to consider Chukyo University as their second home. The atmosphere at the venue was warm and inviting, allowing participants to enjoy quality time with friends through fun activities organized by VOICE.
To conclude the event, everyone watched a "Memory Movie" compiled by VOICE, featuring photos from the various events they had attended together. Each departing student was then presented with a message board filled with well-wishes. We hope that the bonds formed through these international exchange events will continue to thrive, transcending oceans and borders.
