Event Report: Welcome Party 09/25
A Warm Welcome: Connecting Our Campus Community Through Culture and Fun
On September 25, the Global Experience Center (GEC) held a "Welcome Party" at the Nagoya Campus GEC Lounge to warmly greet 39 new exchange students arriving this fall.
The event featured dynamic icebreaker activities organized by VOICE, an international exchange student organization, including a fun game of Bingo. Conversation starters such as "What unique events or celebrations do you have in your country?" and "What are the most popular snacks in your hometown?" helped spark lively discussions, creating a warm, friendly atmosphere students made fast friends—even those meeting for the first time. Laughter and conversations filled the room, making it a wonderful and memorable start to their new journey at Chukyo University.
Chukyo University will continue to support our exchange students, offering rich opportunities to broaden their horizons and enjoy a fulfilling study abroad journey.
