Event Report: ELTE - High School Visit – 10/14
CSEP Students Bring ELTE to Chukyo University Senior High School
Five exchange students spent two weeks in mid-October taking part in ELTE—the English Language Teacher Experience. Their goal was clear: to explore what it’s like to teach English in Japan. Week one focused on observation; week two on teaching with guidance from a native instructor.
The impact was immediate. The participants said the hands-on practice boosted their confidence and inspired them to keep challenging themselves. It was a practical step toward their future careers. For the high school students, the visits offered meaningful interaction with international peers and a fresh way to deepen their English learning.
