Exchange Students Introduce Their Home Countries at the International Fair
An "International Fair" was held on May 14th and 16th, where exchange students showcased the culture and lifestyles of their home countries in booth format, allowing them to interact with Chukyo University students. The first day took place in the lounge of the Global Education Center, while the second day was held in the Galleria common space.
Students displayed 11 different posters representing six countries: the United States, Italy, Austria, South Korea, Taiwan, and France, captivating the attendees. The exchange students had been preparing for this event since April, and their dedication to clearly conveying information about their countries to Chukyo University students was truly impressive.
The enthusiasm of the exchange students resonated with the participants, who shared feedback such as, "It's rare to hear about a country from local people, so I'm glad I could participate," "I had a lot of fun interacting even though I couldn't speak English well," and "I have plans to travel to France during summer vacation, so it was great to hear recommendations for places to visit."
